What we're trying to say is this: We do our best to only list properties that are up to date, in business, clean, desireable and the kinds of places we'd like to stay. Sadly, we don't always succeed.
Please exercise due dilligence when selecting a place for your next vacation. Our site is a supurb resource to get you started, but you should do the necessary checking to make sure some place billed "clean" actually vacuums the floors.

All sales made by Provider are final. Charges made on Provider's websites (e.g. Northernvacation.com.com) will appear under "Paypal.com - Northernvacation.com" on User's credit card statement.
NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
The Provider makes no claim to the accuracy or reliability of the information contained within this site or of any information transferred by the Service or any services Provider offers.
PROVIDER MAY SEND EMAIL NOTICES TO USER
